You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and code, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission. User-generated content, such as AI agents, remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for Platform operations.

Using the Platform involves risks, including:

• Volatility of cryptocurrency values.
• Technical issues with the Solana blockchain.
• Potential loss of funds due to hacks or errors.

We are not liable for any losses incurred. Use the Platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIXBT.my and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services, if any.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
